The recommended copyright notices cited below must be adjusted to suit each individual case, and should be placed so that the users may easily see them. N.N. must be replaced by the name of the rightsholder(s). XX must be replaced by the concrete subscriber(s), who has entered into an agreement permitting him to use the material.
The footnote "+ poss. other intended manners of utilization" is a reminder that the rightsholder explicitly state all manners of use that he wishes to permit without any further agreement. Please state the concrete forms of use to be permitted (e.g. print-outs, further distribution, changes etc.) in continuation of the second sentence. The rightsholder may also wish to remind the users that all rightsholders should be credited by name, etc. (moral rights).
