The Collecting Society LITA, which manages dramatic and other literary rights etc., is the body, which has been approved by the authorities and designated by rightsholders, as the body which shall collect reprographic levies established in law in regard of remunerating rightsholders for copying for private use etc. Within IFRRO's European Group, Kopinor has undertaken to assist in Slovakia on behalf of IFRRO (International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations). LITA's Managing Director Yvona Vlasatá, the Licensing Manager of LITA, Magda Debnárová and Kopinor's Executive Director John-Willy Rudolph, conducted a work session in Bratislava on 19 - 21 September 2000. All main aspects of LITA's Reprographic Rights Project were thoroughly discussed, and a first draft of a Three Year Business Plan for this project was prepared. |
