The Board of Distribution directs the business of distributing between the member organisations the monies received as remuneration. It is elected by the Council of Representatives so that the authors' organisations will have a majority. The Norwegian Non-Fiction Writers' and Translators' Association and the Norwegian Publishers' Association nominates one member each.
